A Fantastic Afternoon at Chepstow Races: Celebrating Our Team’s Hard Work and Dedication
Our team recently enjoyed a fantastic social afternoon at Chepstow Races, a well-deserved break to thank them for their hard work and dedication. The event was captured in many photographs, showcasing the joy and camaraderie shared among team members from all departments and our four offices.
Celebrating Excellence with Awards
The event featured several presentations to recognise outstanding achievements within our team:
Best Team – Care Department
Progress and Team Spirit – Property Department
Shining Star – Sam Hoyland
Best Reviews – Lifetime Planning Department.
Tying in with the Ladies Day theme on the day, we also had an award for Best Dressed which was won by Maria Hope, secretary in the Care Team.
Rebecca Rees, director, emphasised the importance of such events, stating,
"Days like these are really important to thank our team for the hard work they do. Working in a law firm can be challenging work and long hours, but rewarding our team members is crucial to our business."
A Day of Fun and Connection
The afternoon provided a perfect opportunity for everyone to mix and mingle while enjoying the excitement of the races. Our team members from various offices had the chance to meet each other, admire the fabulous outfits everyone had prepared, and enjoy a flutter on the horses. It was a delightful experience, allowing everyone to bond and unwind outside of work hours.

Positive Feedback from Our Team
The positive feedback from our staff was overwhelming, with many expressing how much they enjoyed the event. Loran Beynon commented,
“I had a fantastic evening at the races on Friday. It was nice to be able to socialise with my team and the rest of JNP Legal outside of the office. We had some very thoughtful presentations of our achievements, together with lots of laughter and a great tribute band. Thank you very much to all the directors and everyone who worked hard to organise the event, it is very much appreciated.”
Kim Rogers also shared her thoughts,
“It was wonderful to see everyone laughing and enjoying themselves, and to meet new members as the JNP family continues to grow. JNP Legal were very generous, providing not just tickets to the races but also arranging transport, food, drinks, and even giving us money to place bets. The effort they put into the event, including giving out awards, made it a memorable day for all of us and highlighted the growth within the firm.”
