JNP Legal Covid-19 update for our Clients and Contacts
Here at JNP Legal, we’ve been actively monitoring the situation with regard to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our top priority is to ensure the welfare of our employees whilst also ensuring that we will continue to maintain the exceptional level of service that our clients have come to expect from us.
JNP Legal have already taken steps to mitigate the impact of any changes in guidance from UK authorities. This includes a provision for all employees to work from home or alternative offices when necessary. Due to the nature of the service we deliver and the existing systems which we use to support that, we anticipate some interruption in the face to face service we provide.
JNP Legal will be making arrangements to reschedule some Non – urgent client appointments, making use of telephone and online meeting software in order to do this. We will also be stopping our staff travelling between our sites and asking our clients to attend our branch offices where they can in order to protect our staff and our business.
JNP Legal are an agile and dynamic business that embraces change. We have alternative options set up and ready to implement in order to continue offering our clients access to justice and we look forward to continuing to support our clients throughout this period in just the same way as we always would, just in a slightly different way.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but we are duty bound to protect our staff and you as best we can.
Here is the most recent guidance and information released by the UK Government at the time of writing this email to assist with any questions you may have – https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/
If there is any issue in relation to your case you wish to discuss please contact our offices as usual and we will be happy to help.
