Alisa Smith is a lawyer in the Commercial Property Department at JNP Legal, providing a comprehensive range of services to commercial clients. Her expertise includes commercial conveyancing, commercial leases (acting for both landlord and tenants), land acquisitions and sales, commercial refinancing and advising property developers.

Before joining JNP Legal, Alisa gained extensive experience working at large commercial law firms. She has a strong background in residential developments, assisting clients from initial site setup through to plot sales, including Deeds of Easement, Infrastructure Agreements, and liaising with local authorities. She has also worked closely with corporate banking clients, handling property transactions for Registered Social Landlords and developers.

In addition to her commercial property expertise, Alisa has extensive experience in residential conveyancing, with a particular focus on high-net-worth property transactions, equity release, and transfers of equity.

Alisa is committed to building strong, long-term client relationships and maintaining exceptionally high service standards. She is also experienced in training and mentoring team members, including trainee and junior solicitors.

Interests

Outside of work Alisa enjoys spending time with her two young daughters and their equestrian interests.
