Work
Niamh first undertook work experience with JNP Legal in 2014 while still in school. She returned in 2019 to complete further work experience during her final year of studying her LLB. After completing her LPC, Niamh was employed by JNP Legal in 2021.
Niamh holds an LLB (Hons) Law with Criminology from London South Bank University and a Legal Practice Course with LLM Professional Legal Practice from The University of Law, Bristol. She is also an accredited Police Station Representative.
During her time at London South Bank, Niamh volunteered at the University’s Legal Advice Clinic, providing free legal advice across various areas of law to members of the public. Additionally, she volunteered at the University’s Family Law Hub, offering advice on family law matters.
Niamh represents clients at the police station and in Magistrates’ Court, providing essential support throughout the legal process. She also assists barristers in the preparation of cases before the Crown Court, ensuring that all aspects of the case are thoroughly prepared and presented.
In her day-to-day work, Niamh advises clients on a wide range of criminal law matters, offering clear, practical guidance to help them navigate the complexities of the legal system.
Interests
Outside of work, Niamh enjoys travelling, keeping fit by going to the gym, and walking her dog.
