Rachel Church is a Senior Associate Solicitor at JNP Legal, bringing over 10 years of experience in property law, with a strong background in employment law prior to specialising in property.

Before joining JNP Legal and relocating to Cardiff, Rachel gained valuable experience at well-established legal firms in Sussex, London, and the Southeast.

As a member of the firm’s thriving residential conveyancing department, Rachel plays a key role in fostering and maintaining strong client relationships. She also contributes to team development and provides supervision to trainee solicitors. Her professionalism and expertise are integral to ensuring the delivery of exceptional client services within the team.

Rachel manages a diverse caseload, handling both residential property transactions and commercial property work. Her experience spans freehold and leasehold transactions, new builds, unregistered land, as well as transfers of equity, voluntary lease extensions, and remortgages.

Rachel works with a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, individuals purchasing retirement properties, and corporate clients with buy-to-let property portfolios.

Interests

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her family and taking long walks with her dog. In her spare time, she is passionate about tennis and yoga.
