Rhiannon joined JNP Legal in 2001 and qualified as an Advanced Paralegal from the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2009.

Rhiannon is the Compliance Officer for the Property Team at JNP Legal, where she plays a critical role in overseeing due diligence on all residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring that the firm complies with the necessary regulatory frameworks. Her expertise is integral in ensuring that all transactions meet legal requirements and industry standards.

With over 20 years of experience working in the property team, Rhiannon has become a trusted expert in residential property transactions. She handles a wide range of cases, including freehold sales and purchases, unregistered properties, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. Her role also involves ensuring compliance with legal regulations, offering clients confidence in JNP Legal’s ability to provide efficient and effective services.

In 2024, Rhiannon achieved the Law Society Risk and Compliance Accreditation – Foundation Level, which reinforced her commitment to maintaining the highest standards in property legal services. This achievement demonstrates her dedication to compliance and ensuring that the firm's operations align with best practices.
