Refunds Policy
Scope
This policy applies to all payments made to JNP Legal by debit or credit card.
It covers payments made online, over the phone, or in person.
Non-refundable services
Legal fees paid for work that has already been carried out are non-refundable.
Court fees, third-party charges, and disbursements are non-refundable once paid.
Refunds for overpayment or errors
If you make a duplicate payment or pay an incorrect amount, we will refund the overpaid amount back to the original card.
Refunds will normally be processed within 10 working days of us confirming the error.
Cancellation before work starts
If you cancel your instructions before we begin work, we will refund your payment in full, less any third-party charges already incurred.
How refunds are made
Refunds are only made to the card used for the original payment.
We cannot issue refunds in cash, cheque, or to a different card.
