First Time Appointment to Development Bank of Wales’ Property Legal Services Panel
We are delighted to announce that JNP Legal has been appointed to the Development Bank of Wales' new Property Legal Services panel for the first time.
As part of this appointment, JNP Legal will act on behalf of individual borrowers participating in the Help to Stay scheme. The firm's role includes conducting comprehensive title reviews to ensure compliance with the bank's requirements and registering charges against individual properties.
The Development Bank of Wales, one of the UK’s largest regional SME investment companies, was established by the Welsh Government to provide businesses with the finance needed to start up, strengthen, and grow. It offers flexible finance for businesses based in Wales, of up to £10 million, in the form of secured and unsecured loans and equity.
