Cairan has served as Operations and Finance Manager at JNP Legal since 2006, bringing over 20 years of experience in legal practice management to the role.  Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cardiff University and Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Cairan combines academic expertise with practical leadership to effectively oversee the firm's operations and financial functions.

In this role, Cairan is responsible for:

• Operational Leadership: Leading, directing, and managing service and business operations across the organisation, ensuring the delivery of projects and contract compliance in line with relevant requirements.
• Financial Management: Overseeing accounting requirements of the practice, including budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting.
• Compliance Oversight: Managing compliance functions in conjunction with the firm's COLP (Compliance Officer for Legal Practice) and COFA (Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration) to ensure regulatory compliance, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Information Technology Management: Procurement and implementation of hardware and software, the development of case management processes, and ensuring cybersecurity protocols are established and consistently adhered to across the firm.
• Human Resources and Training: Overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, contract draft, role profiling, and resource management. Additionally, responsible for preparing and sourcing training programmes to ensure all mandatory requirements are met for JNP Legal employees.

Cairan's leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving continuous improvement and process innovation within JNP Legal, contributing significantly to the firm's growth and success.
