Charley graduated from the University of South Wales in 2022 with a Masters degree in Criminology and Criminal justice. She is committed to applying her academic background to practical legal settings and developing her career within the legal profession.

Since joining JNP Legal in 2022 as part of the Client Services Team, Charley has developed strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing her to effectively assist clients with new enquiries. She takes pride in listening attentively to clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they receive the guidance they need. Understanding that legal matters can often be stressful, she provides a supportive and positive client experience.

Interests

Outside of work, Charley enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. She is rarely seen without a new book in hand. She also enjoys baking, although she admits she may not be the next top baker!
