Dannielle is an Associate Solicitor in our Civil Litigation Department.

Dannielle studied both the LLB and LPC at Cardiff University.

Dannielle qualified as a Solicitor in 2019 with a national law firm, undertaking seats in Dispute Resolution, working on cases involving a wide range of general litigation matters, Industrial Disease, working on cases involving asbestosis and mesothelioma and Clinical Negligence. In 2019, she was shortlisted as a finalist in the AvMA and Partners and Costs Magazine Awards.

Prior to her training contract, Dannielle worked as a Paralegal, running both her own Clinical Negligence caseload and assisting a Partner on cases involving catastrophic injuries.

Since qualifying as a Solicitor, Dannielle specialises in clinical negligence claims, representing Claimants who have suffered an injury due to negligent medical treatment. She has experience of working on claims involving birth injuries, delayed diagnoses, fatal claims, and spinal and neurological injury.

Dannielle is passionate about ensuring clients receive not only the compensation they need but also the answers they need following an injury and supporting Claimants on their journey through the litigation process.

Interests

Outside of work, Dannielle enjoys spending time with her young family. She also enjoys travelling, baking and yoga.

Dannielle is dedicated to supporting local charities and has previously volunteered for a number of charities, as well as sitting as Chairperson of a local Headway branch.
