Work

Kim Rogers is a Senior Legal Assistant at JNP Legal with over 20 years of experience in property law. She began her legal career as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives before later qualifying as a solicitor, giving her a strong foundation of technical knowledge and practical expertise.

Kim plays a key role in supporting the Property Department, specialising in high-volume residential conveyancing. She is highly skilled in progressing matters efficiently, assisting with complex caseloads, and helping transactions to run smoothly from instruction through to completion. Her organised and proactive approach enables her to consistently deliver a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

Prior to joining JNP Legal, Kim worked at a well-established South Wales firm, where she gained valuable experience supporting team management, overseeing workflow, and contributing to the development of junior team members.

Experience and Expertise

Kim has extensive experience across all aspects of residential property work, including:

  • Residential Conveyancing:
    Supporting and progressing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, unregistered land, lease extensions, transfers of equity, shared ownership transactions, Help to Buy schemes, and remortgages.
  • Case Management:
    Experienced in handling caseloads with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring matters progress in a timely manner.
  • Client Care:
    Known for her approachable and flexible manner, Kim builds strong working relationships with clients and referrers, contributing to repeat business and positive client outcomes.
  • Team Support & Mentoring:
    Provides guidance and support to junior colleagues, helping to maintain high standards and a collaborative team environment within the Property Department.

Interests

Outside of work, Kim enjoys travelling, walking, gardening, attending spiritual courses and spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
