Kim Rogers is an Associate Solicitor at JNP Legal, bringing over 20 years of experience in property law as a solicitor and prior to this qualifying as a fellow legal executive. Her expertise lies in turning over high-volume residential property transactions whilst attempting to deliver exceptional client service.

Before joining JNP Legal, Kim managed a team at another well-established legal firm with a strong presence in South Wales.

Experience and Expertise

Kim’s extensive career has equipped her with in-depth knowledge and skills across all areas of property law, including:

• Residential Conveyancing: Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, unregistered properties, lease extensions, transfers of equity, shared ownership, Help to Buy schemes, and re-mortgages.
• High-Volume Case Management: Managing large caseloads and maintaining service excellence, even under pressure.
• Client Management: Acting for a diverse range of clients, with many returning for her reliable, flexible and client-focused approach.
• Supervision and Training: Kim also enjoys mentoring junior trainees to ensure the Property Team maintains its high standards of professionalism and expertise.

Interests

Outside of work, Kim enjoys travelling, walking, gardening, attending spiritual courses and spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
