Louise Flynn is a Senior Associate Solicitor at JNP Legal, bringing over 10 years of experience in property law. Her expertise lies in managing high-volume residential property transactions and new build transactions, together with assisting  the wider legal team to deliver exceptional client service.

Before joining JNP Legal, Louise was a senior solicitor within the property department at another well-established legal firm with a strong presence in South Wales.

Louise is known for her friendly and proactive approach to matters, and it is very important to her that clients feel supported and reassured throughout their transactions. Louise prides herself on her excellent relationships with local agents and financial advisors which can often assist in ensuring a transaction proceeds to completion as smoothly as possible.

Experience and Expertise

Louise’s career has equipped her with in-depth knowledge and skills across all areas of property law, including:

• Residential Conveyancing: Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, unregistered properties, lease extensions, transfers of equity, shared ownership, Help to Buy schemes, and re-mortgages.
• New Build Transactions: Liaising with developers and their solicitors to meet the timescales required in a new build transaction
• High-Volume Case Management: Managing large caseloads and maintaining service excellence, even under pressure.
• Client Management: Acting for a diverse range of clients, with many returning due to her reliable and client-focused approach.
• Supervision and Training: Assisting with the mentoring of junior colleagues to ensure the Property Team maintains its high standards of professionalism and expertise.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys reading and going to the gym, together with spending time with her family and their cockapoo Leo
