Work

Rachael qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and joined JNP Legal in 2019. She was appointed Head of the Lifetime Planning Department and Senior Associate Solicitor in 2024. Rachael is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

With over 15 years of experience as a private client solicitor, Rachael has developed a strong expertise in all aspects of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate administration. She has extensive experience acting on behalf of both professional and lay executors in administering estates of varying complexities.

Rachael is known for her professional yet approachable manner and has cultivated many long-term client relationships based on trust and care. She has played a significant role in the development of the Lifetime Planning Department, and in 2024, she was pleased to see JNP Legal attain the prestigious Wills and Inheritance Quality Scheme (WIQS) accreditation, a mark of excellence in the field of wills and estate administration.

Outside of work Rachael enjoys travelling, attending music concerts and socialising with friends and family.
