Sam Hoyland is the Client Services Manager at JNP Legal, where he leads the client services team in providing exceptional client care and effectively managing new business enquiries. With extensive experience in customer-facing roles, Sam excels in managing client queries and ensuring a positive client experience. His strong background in customer service and dedication to excellence has made him an essential part of the firm, particularly in client engagement and business development.

After graduating from Cardiff University with a 2:1 in single honours History, Sam joined JNP Legal in 2017. Over the years, he has gained significant experience in managing client relationships, consistently delivering high-quality service. His leadership in client services has contributed to the firm's success and client satisfaction.

Sam is also an active member of the BNI South Wales – Resilience Chapter, regularly attending meetings to promote JNP Legal and its services to fellow members and visitors. His commitment to professional development is demonstrated by his ongoing support from JNP Legal to undertake The Institute of Leadership and Management Level 4 Certificate and Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management, further enhancing his skills to support the firm’s strategic goals.

In recognition of his dedication and achievements, Sam was awarded the Outstanding Individual of the Year Award at the Cambrian Training Apprenticeship Awards in 2024. He was also a finalist in the Caerphilly Business Club Apprentice of the Year Award in the same year, which further underscores his commitment to professional excellence.

Interests

Outside of work, Sam enjoys walking his dog, gardening, and spending quality time with friends and family. He is passionate about community engagement, having volunteered with the Merthyr Tydfil Food Bank and Cyfarthfa Castle Museum, where he contributed to record-keeping and exhibit management.
