JNP Legal’s Sam Hoyland Shortlisted for Cambrian Training Apprenticeship Awards 2024

We're delighted to announce that Sam Hoyland, JNP Legal’s Client Services Manager, has been shortlisted for the Outstanding Individual of the Year category in the Cambrian Training Apprenticeship Awards 2024.

The Awards highlight the achievements of those who have exceeded expectations with their engagement and commitment to the apprenticeship programme and shown a unique approach to training and development, with an ability to demonstrate initiative and enterprise, innovation and creativity.

As well as his full-time role Sam is currently undertaking an Institute of Leadership and Management Level 4 certificate and Diploma in Principals of Leadership and Management. He is expected to complete the course in November 2024.

Rebecca Rees, director, who entered Sam for the award, commented on the news, “This recognition is so well deserved for Sam. From the moment Sam joined our team six years ago, it was evident that he possessed a special drive and commitment to his work. He consistently operates at the optimum standard, setting a benchmark for his peers and exceeding expectations at every turn. This level of consistency is not only admirable but also crucial in maintaining the high standards our organisation strives for.”

The awards ceremony will take place at The Metropole Hotel, Llandrindod Wells on Wednesday 22 May 2024. We wish Sam and all the other finalists the best of luck.
